Love Vallata! The food was great but I have to say it was the amazing service that made the evening feel perfect.

Went to dinner with my father and his girlfriend. Loved the layout! Had a table in front of the kitchen. Great concept. I loved watching the workings of a restaurant kitchen. The food was unbelievably flavorful and delicious. We started with the focaccia, arracini, and kale salad. Everything was spot on. Shared the buccatini cacio e pepe, lumache with rosemary and thyme, malfaldine with short rib pine nuts and raisins, and the veal & ricotta meatballs. The buccatini was fabulous and our favorite. Everything was incrediblely delicious. For dessert we shared a chocolate caramel pana cotta. Service was absolutely attentive and on point. We are still talking about our meal this morning!! Great atmosphere and definitely will return soon! Wish we had taken photos, but we ate everything up quickly!

Exemplary as ever. Pop-up restaurant profiling Chef Matteo Morbini. He'll be back, but tables book out quickly, so be prepared to keep a close eye on Tom Colicchio's announcements. Every dish was superb and the flavors escalated with each dish, culminating in two 'lick the bowl clean' desserts. Officially, one of the young chefs to keep an eye on- great things in his future.

Absolutely delicious food and reasonable prices. We had the focaccia, soup, salad and the mushroom lasagna and meatballs. Everything was fresh, well made and just delish. Open kitchen is fun to watch. Warm, quick service. We will 100% be back!
