Predatory practices; take advantage of consultants with low wages. Steer clear of this company. I won't be surprised if they end up with a Netflix documentary on their unethical practices.

I scheduled an interview at 10 am, someone called me 9:30 to tell me how I dare not to appear in their interview at 9:00 am. When I told him my interview was at 10, he told me I had to login immediately. This does not speak well from a company. I didnt pass the the behavior intervie, I thing they noticed my face when they say that their employees need to work after hours.

Got the the last round of the interview, was told I did very well in the behavioral and was scheduled for a technical interview. During the interview the technical trainer was not interested at all. Didn't introduce herself properly just immediately started asking me questions. She seemed as though she didn't care during the interview. Extremely disappointed getting to the 4th round of the interview and had to face such disappointment. Hope FDM looks into this and hire better trainers that treat others with respect. I wanted to ask followup questions after the interview but instead she said my time is up and I should log off. What I don't understand is that they are supposed to train us and help us improve our technical skills even if we are a bit weak in that area so how is it possible to get rejected if we don't answer a couple of questions correctly? I answered about 85% of her questions and I know the answers were correct because I prepared well but some how because I got rejected because I didn't know a few things about Java and that's because I haven't done Java stack and they said they will train us in that area so I assumed it was fine. Are we supposed to answer all the questions correctly? I have so many questions, I have no complaints about the behavioral interviews because they were extremely nice however, I am totally shocked by the technical interview. It was such a huge disappointment. Please don't waste your time applying if you don't have much experience or technical background because the trainers simply don't care about you. Their job description is totally different from what you will experience during the interview. There are many ways to gain experience don't bother applying here even if you are desperate because you will just be wasting your time for minimum wage.

I applied for the Project Management Consultant position at FDM Group. I was contacted by a recruiter a month later, saying that the program has been closed and suggested me to Business Intelligence Consultant instead. I was like ok, but the hiring process was brutal that I have to consistently follow up with my recruiter to the next step that is to take an assessment. I made it to the final round with the Account Manager and the Technical Trainer. They discuss about my background and asked me some behavioral questions. I thought I did well, however, I follow up with my recruiter saying that I didn't passed. I was disappointed that I spend two month throughout the process which it wasn't worth my time and energy. This company is a joke and not worth it. I thought that they would give me a chance to see how to improve, but I didn't received no feedback whatsoever. My experience overall with FDM Group wasn't great.
