        By far the most incompetent building management I have ever worked with in my life. While I understand that the pandemic has been hard on companies, the poor level of care and the egregious response times from Fetner are flat-out unacceptable. We've had to follow up multiple times on just about every request including chasing them for two months for the security deposit only to find out that it was delivered to the new tenant without our knowing. I feel bad putting a company on blast (don't think I have ever done this before), but I adamantly believe that folks should beware this type of stuff before getting involved.

        The worst property managment company ever. They are very rude and arrogent people. They ignor all your requests no matter how many times you called or emailed them. They do not care!
