Pedro is a consummate professional. He sold my coop apartment for a record price in a record-short amount of time. I can truly say that he was available anytime I needed to speak with him, including early mornings, Sundays, and holidays. His availability was impressive, generally, Pedro answered my calls and texts messages on the spot. If he could not answer my calls, he would text me to let me know he was in a meeting and would get back to me asap; and he always did. Pedros advice and support was invaluable. His calm and humble personality was a blessing when I encountered difficulties during the selling process. I highly recommend Pedro as an excellent realtor for his hard work and impeccable work ethics.
