AVOID THEM! Talk about disorganized, and scammers. I worked with Yue for over 2 years. From the start she was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. At one point she called me on the phone and cussed me out because I requested a letter from the landlord to pay her for the W/D. Over the 2 years I was in the unit, I was a great tenant, never late, etc. During the move out process she missed my notice and I was penalized for her mistake. It also took over a month for me to get my depsoit back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The MD Zarkov here is useless. Schedules at random inconvenient times, tells you to just ring random apartments. Rude texting. What an awful experience. Don't use this worthless company

Recently I submitted a request to view a unit in 1721 E 8th St, Omar Abra was my point of contact. At first everything seemed fine, we confirmed on a date and time. When When I got there he explained there were 3 units available, which we all could view that day. I was among 3 groups of 2 excluding my friend and I, there was one other lady by herself. After viewing all 3 units I expressed my interest in applying for one of the units listed for 2,575. Omar explained the process to me and a group of 2 at the same time. He mentioned the 500 refundable good faith deposit. Also, he stated to send him an email confirming interest and a application would be sent. Lies, I contacted Omar via text, which he responded to promptly prior and email. I expressed my interest, asked exactly how could I go about paying the 500 refundable fee, that same day. He never replied, not one single follow up. As I sit back and think my friend and I were the only 2 black people that were there to view the units, which at first didn't strike me. I think this is a case of racial discrimination. I truly believe Omar thought I was Muslim, Middle Eastern decent, due to the spelling of my name, which is Rashida. However, when I arrived obviously I didn't fit the image he had in mind. I guess the building was not suited for people my skin color. Before writing this review I waited sometime to see if I would get a follow up. Also, I read countless reviews about this real estate company on google and yelp to know my account of what happened is not farfetched. BEWARE OF THIS REAL EASTATE COMPANY FOR THEY'RE SHADYYYYYYY AND JUST STRAIGHT UP UNJUST.
