Jonathan represented me for my first home purchase, and I'm glad I chose to work with him. As a first time homebuyer, he helped demystify the legal jargon and confusing procedures in ways that I could understand and helped me to make informed and collaborative decisions instead of pressuring me to make decisions that I wasn't 100% sure about. Jonathan was a fantastic attorney. He is smart, nimble and attentive. We got our close done in 30 days and in large part due to him. He was responsive at all times and just a great guy to work with. This is my third purchase in NYC and he has been by far the easiest to work with.
