Lincoln Tower Apartments

Adam helped me buy my apartment in Lincoln Towers. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the intricacies of the coop. I had to sell my studio (also in Lincoln Towers) before buying my one bedroom. Adam helped me navigate who the best buyer for my studio would be in terms of Board approval. He had me ask the right questions and highlighted who had the most potential. Selling in order to buy is already stressful. Add additional requirements due to COVID-19, made things more chaotic. He was able to handle any scenario and ensure successful closings!

We absolutely loved working with Adam. As first time homebuyers, it could have very easily been overwhelming looking in a place like Lincoln Towers but Adam was there every step of the way to help guide us through the different buildings and what each had to offer. He was very knowledgeable about the different boards of each building and what the different application processes would look like. We could never have imagined our first home being as great as it is, and we have Adam to thank for that.
