Easy to work with and very communicative. Viewing was quick and to the point, and they offered for me to view other units going on the market. The only frustration is the hefty fee. And the Guarantor process can be a bit frustrating and overdrawn. But those arent the fault of Alpha necessarily . NYC is a jungle. Happy to have a place, and they made it as straightforward as possible. Will definitely work with them in the future.

This is my second time leases an apartment with alpha properties and they made it as easy and comprehensive as possible. I was assisted by Rachel Worknech and she was very invested and considerate with out process of leasing an apartment. She was always available and answered every question we had. She also made sure we got this apartment when it was looking like someone else might get it and advised us on ways we could make sure it would be ours. It was a quick and simple process.

I had a fantastic experience finding a new home in Manhattan thanks to Nathan at Alpha Properties! I had to move in an urgent, emergency situation and was scrambling to find an apartment ASAP. Nathan showed me a fantastic apartment in my ideal neighborhood for a great price and then worked hard to help ensure that the place could be mine. He answered all of my questions and guided me through a very stressful situation. I love my new home and it's all thanks to Nathan!
