Greg helped us find an apartment uptown. He was a few cuts above the typical broker experience. He knows the neighborhood (this was extreme uptown Manhattan), the buildings and the landlords well. After looking at a few places he understood what we needed, probably more clearly than we did ourselves in that confusing process, and guided us to a place that is great so far.

Hard to know if it's the broker or the owners who were the issue but had a very frustrating experience with Sovereign over the last week in a half. Was rejected for two apartments we were assured were sure things due to miscommunication and clerical errors. They obviously have access to a lot of the best rentals in Upper Manhattan but didn't treat our time (or sensitive financial information) with the care we got from other brokers and should have not been snarky when we requested a refund on our application fees.
