Kristie is great at what she does. Even though Ive only had a few sessions with her, I connected with her immediately and she was able to help lift me up a little right after our session. Of course, nothing is fixed within the first few sessions but I always look forward to meeting with her.

Having had my 1st therapy session, Kristie was so welcoming & open-hearted, making it comfortable speaking & diving into the core issues / goals I wanted to work on. She truly puts in the effort to understand, help & provide a safe space for her clients.

After debating going to therapy for a while, I finally decided to work with a therapist last year and found Kristie. Kristie was patient and great to work with over a 7-8 month period where we addressed the problems that I was wanting to work on. She was the firm guiding hand I needed to help take control of my anxiety and to not let it control me. She made me reflect on my past experiences that lead to ah-ha moments for myself, and have given me the tools to help find what being at peace is like for myself. I would definitely recommend Kristie as a therapist.

Kristie helped me build up my private practice and was so wonderful throughout the whole process. She came with a ton of knowledge and always went out of her way to understand my needs and vision for my practice. I highly recommend working with Kristie if you're looking for a business coach!
