Run down hospital.dont expect good services. After staying for 4days after surgery, my bed was uncomfortable food even worse gave me uncooked chicken when I gave it back to them never replace with another meal.smh

There Is not enough space to write a review all I can say this place is a disaster.I need 4 days to write about there so called wonderful hospital. Save yourself trouble and go out of NYC. I give it minus 14 thats about it

Everything in this hospital is top of the line. Especially the nurses and other staff. All fantastic, Ill never go anywhere else.

The only reason they get a 1 star rating is because their surgery team was great. beside that all the department was terrible. especially the nurse department especially Chester chow he is unbelievable horrible....... literally I have to scream to anyone so some one come to the room so one lady came her name is Ashley Castillo I splaying to her that I came from a 6 hours surgery and I told some one that was helping the other patient and I ask her to throw away a Brest mill that I pump she said she will call my nurse then she came back and said that they changing shifts and he will be back, took him (Chester chow)3 hours to come back.., In 2 hours the milk spill all over the bed so I see Ashley Castillo again and I told he I have being waiting for my nurse, And all the milk spilled she said what I can do for u is change the bed,I told her that I need to use the bathroom she said I can take u I said thanks u I had blood club very severe in my right side leg and in my chest so I can't move my right side leg she knew it from the day before that I met her she helping me and she ask me if I need help with my right leg because yesterday I couldn't move it. I said yes please. She help me get in in the wheelchair and she put my right legs up. when I get into the bathroom she did not help me get my right leg down. She just press the button and my leg went so fast down,that HURT so much She did that on purpose because she shouldn't do that with me because she's not my nurse. After that I said to her how can I do a service? She said it will be send it to me I said ok thanks, after that she was trying to do her best to be nice to me.this is my first time in this hospital and the worst experience in this hospital.
