        Working with Dr. Frre for the past few months has truly been life saving. She's a great listener; I always feel heard in the sessions. She's patient, but knows when to push. The sessions move at a pace where I feel comfortable, but not stagnant. I have seen real growth within myself and I am happy I made the decision to start working with her. I know I will be using the skills she's helped me develop for life. 10/10 would recommend Updating a year later to say that now that we are no longer working together, I still stand by my earlier review. Shes the best therapist Ive ever had and I know shell only get better with time, so do yourself a favor and book her!
