For the past 2-3 years, Dr. Mindlin has helped me through the ups and downs of pretty bad depression and anxiety. We have worked together using aspects of CBT, DBT, (and probably some other techniques that I dont realize!)she is flexible in her approach. Under Dr. Mindlins supervision, I have tried a number of medications in different combinations, and after much trial and error, and wisdom on her part, I am doing well with my current regimen. I recommend Dr. Mindlin if you are looking for a doctor who is smart and also compassionate and kind!

Dr. Mindlin is great and incredibly easy to talk to. She has helped me understand the importance of prioritizing physical health and diet for better mental health and overall well being. The changes she's helped me make have stayed with me and changed my life for the better.

Dr. Mindlin is absolutely excellent. The best thing I can say about her is that she truly listens with an open mind and without judgments. She explains everything clearly and easily describing medication and how it interacts with brain chemistry. Finding a psychiatrist you can trust isn't easy and finding a good one is priceless. I can honestly say that receiving treatment from Dr. Mindlin has given me a new lease on life that I didn't think was possible. Highly highly recommended.
