        The worst of the worst. Absolute scum bag slumlords with zero pride, integrity or ethics. They will steal from anyone and leave you to freeze to death in one of their horror show apartments

        Horrific. Roach infested buildings. Water damaged apt for months, hot water goes out daily, appliances stop working. Nothing is done about it.
