I have worked frequently with Mark and Carl for the past 3-4 years and both of them are professional, competent, concerned and prompt in their responses. Carl is usually the initial contact person and he has always been polite, kind and ready to swing into action to solve problems even readily available on his cell phone during nights, weekends and holidays. Carl is a gentleman who is a pleasure to work with and a person who consistently demonstrates reliability and integrity. As a property owner, I am always comfortable calling their office as I know I will be treated well and issues will be quickly and thoroughly addressed.

Horrible Property Management company. This is probably the only real review on here so BEWARE. Our building was so much better before they took over. We now have security issues, trash issues, and the elevator is always out. They takes days, sometimes weeks to fix our ONE elevator. And by fix, I mean "fix", because it's constantly broke. The assistant manager, Carl Redling, who we are supposed to deal with is rude, unresponsive, and actually blocked my calls. He should be fired. If you are looking to buy or rent and see Citadel Property Management, RUN.
