Bright Horizons at West 89th

Our daughter went to BH W 89th for 3k this year and we loved it! We have been at several different preschools and this was one of the best yet. The teachers were amazing and the administrative staff are organized, friendly, kind and run an excellent center. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

Warm environment, my toddler loves her daily routine at Bright Horizons UWS. Lots of learning based activities. My daughters speech has skyrocketed since she started. Especially love that they get out to the park.

We've had a great experience at bright horizons. All of the teachers are very warm and kind. They truly enjoy being with the kids and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

I highly recommend W89th Street. The admin team is flexible and friendly. I live near by and when I stopped to get information Abru was great. I don't believe there is a better "education" for Infants and Toddlers than Bright Horizons.

We started our 3-year-old at Bright Horizons in September after his previous daycare (which he started at when 12-weeks-old) closed during the pandemic. We were nervous knowing that this would be a new school he had never been to and a school with never-before-seen procedures given the COVID-19 pandemic. During our enrollment period, the front office staff were patient with our questions and made recommendations on how best to help our son with this transition. Staff are incredibly transparent in a time when accessibility to the facility is limited to just staff and children by holding multiple Zoom meetings for parents to discuss curriculum and school procedures (they welcome, and encourage, parent feedback on how things are working and make tweaks accordingly). They also hold Zoom meetings that give parents a peek into the classroom to see the children sing, or do crafts (one particularly endearing one was when the children got to play with pumpkin seeds right out of the pumpkin). The school's curriculum is thoughtful and child-centered by setting up activities for the children to engage as they are comfortable. We are so grateful to have found Bright Horizons at West 89th Street and appreciate all the hard work of the staff and teachers!
