Bright Horizons at West 96th Street

Our child started here when he was a baby. His infant teachers were so kind. We felt very comfortable and assured they were providing him with a warm, nurturing environment in which to feel safe and thrive. When he transitioned into the toddler classroom, we were really pleased with how he was given opportunities to grow and be independent. The center leadership - Ronnie, Judith, and Kelly - are great as well! Very dedicated to their staff and parent community.

We had, and continue to have, a fantastic experience at Bright Horizons 96th St. When enrolled or as back-up care, both my children ages 6 mo to 2 years and up love going and some days didnt want to leave their lovey teachers. Thank you Ronnie and the whole team for all you do!

Our oldest has been going here for almost 4 years and has loved ever day - the teachers and staff put in a lot of care towards the kids and take a genuine interest in the happiness of the kids. Ronnie, the director has built a good community with the parents across the class and have been very supportive especially during the pandemic. Our youngest was only there for 6 months, and she was really well supported and taken care off by the teachers (shout out to Miss Mah) in the young infant classroom. We're going to miss going to the center everyday and highly recommend this Bright Horizons!

Our daughter loves Bright Horizons at 96th Street and can't wait to go to school every day! She has learned so much, and it has been such a joy to watch her grow and thrive in their care. The teachers and staff are wonderful--very communicative and thoughtful. We love getting updates throughout the day.

Our family has had a truly wonderful experience at Bright Horizons 96th Street. Our child started here in the infant room in 2020 and stayed for 2 years through the toddler room. The staff and teachers here have been like family, especially during pandemic times when it was impossible to see family and friends. It has been incredible watching our child grow up within this community- forming special relationships with teachers, making lot's of friends, and learning language, movement, art, music, kindness, sharing, and much more! The teachers clearly love their jobs and have shown our child so much love. The center has been extremely successful at keeping covid from spreading in the school and the staff has been amazing at handling these challenging times, allowing kids to have a normal school experience. The center staff, especially the director, are extremely responsive, caring, and hard working, always making time to talk with parents and address any questions. Choosing Bright Horizons was the best choice we made for our child and we are so thankful to have been a part of their community.
