The rudest person Ive ever spoken to. We were in a vulnerable situation and asked for a session, she was so disrespectful and had such an attitude in the words and way she spoke. It literally trigger my panic attack. STAY AWAY.

Professional to the bone - Marcella quietly studies your demeaner and reactions even prior to the test. She explains everything patiently and takes her time. My experience with Marcella is a long story but just want to say. Marcella was great in the beginning. She seemed nice and handled her work ethic very professionally. Based on my experience I think she needs to adjust her appointment scheduling technique and consider telling her customers that the building where she runs her business is locked on certain days so customers won't catch anxiety and think they're being scammed $300. Which I never received by the way. I spoke to her on the phone on 4/28/23 Told me she'd keep me posted about my refund and hasn't heard from her since.

Marcella was professional in her approach and clearly communicated what the process would entail. Very much an expert in her field. I would definitely use her services again if the situation arises.
