The staff is so cordial and Dr. steinbrech is very attentive and listening to all your concerns making sure you get the expected results if not over. I’m very happy that I was referred to Gotham plastic surgery and my whole experience has been nothing less then pleasant

I am giving a “three out of five star rating,” only because I was there twice, once for the initial procedure and then a follow up to do some minor corrections/touch-ups. Although I waited a long time to see the doctor during both visits, the first experience, in my opinion, did not go as smoothly as planned. I personally just think it was a case of bad timing since the appointment was in December and very close to the holidays- naturally that is a “bad” time for mostly everyone. Many people (including myself) are a bit stressed and overwhelmed during that time and tend to feel a bit rushed and overwhelmed. However, my last visit (which was way after the holidays) was very pleasurable- the office had a completely different atmosphere. All in all, everyone was relaxed, the mood was somewhat tranquil, and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate me and my spouse. They truly went above and beyond. The second time around, I was very nervous (for some reason) and almost “chickened out,” but Bernadette took time out of her busy schedule to give me a “pep talk” and listen to me vent- until I felt comfortable enough to move forward with my procedure, it really meant a lot to me! Joe was not there, but he also put a lot of time in with me to assist and address my many concerns! For this procedure, I was given a local anesthesia; hence, I was awake during the operation. Dr. Steinbrech (and the assisting nurses) talked to me the whole time and really put my mind at ease. The conversations we had, were not only helpful for easing my nerves, they were also extremely sincere and engaging. I really felt like I got to know the doctor both personally and professionally; I truly believe this act of earnestness unveiled Dr. Steinbrech affection, not only for his work as a surgeon, but the sincerity and devotion he has to his patients; for their health, happiness, and overall well-being! I am still healing and have not seen yet seen the results, but I feel pretty confident they will be exactly what I’m expecting.

I first found Dr. Steinbrech while researching dermal fillers and looking into his Male Model Makeover procedure. From the moment I arrived, Joe took special care to listen to my goals and recommend procedures. He explained some background on the practice and Dr. Steinbrech's focus on perfecting the male aesthetic in a heavily female-focused industry. He walked me through all my options and I decided to get the Male Model Makeover fillers. The Dr. explained everything he was doing and put me at ease. I saw instant results and loved it! After a few months, I realized I wanted some of the more permanent procedures Joe had walked me through before and scheduled my date for a chin implant and buccal fat removal. My coordinator, Bernadette, set up a call for us to go over the procedures, the prep work I had to do, and finalize my travel plans. This was my first surgery ever and I was very nervous. Those nerves were put to ease as soon as I arrived. The nurses explained everything that would be happening and even put on my favorite music in the OR. The procedures were quick and easy. I went home right after and had recovered within 3 weeks. I can say now that it was the best decision I have ever made! Dr. Steinbrech truly has a great eye for the male face. He takes the time to analyze exactly what you need and focus on creating a strong jaw, chin, and cheekbones to look like your "more handsome twin brother" as he likes to say :)

My experience with Dr. Steinbrech and the Team was informative, reassuring, and remarkable from my initial consultation, through the surgery suite, and final follow-up visits. Along the way, I was listened carefully to, my questions addressed, the team made helpful suggestions, and the results fabulous. I’m just a regular guy and a routine consumer of cosmetic surgery services. I was more than a just a little bit intimidated walking into meet Dr. Steinbrech and the Team the first time. Those fears were truly misplaced. I am so pleased with the outcome, I am considering a second procedure and wish I had done the first years ago!
