        Shoutout to all the instructors - my summer body depends on you :) I love love love every class I take at every location not just this one. Im never disappointed and always feel challenged during class to keep going and never give up. Friendly instructors who offer modifications should you feel you cant do certain movements! You wont regret buying a pack. Do it!

        Excellent instruction and cueing. Challenging, up tempo class. Perfect music selection to complement. We did some classic moves like teaser and feet in straps and some hard lunge work. Loved the class set. And beautiful space.
