Club Pilates

Amazing place. Friendly, great staff, huge amount of classes and times available. Would 100% recommend. Lots of different age ranges and body shapes doing the classes which makes it less intimidating.

I wanted to cancel my membership, for that I had to pay 100$ because its within 90 days since I enroll into Pilates. Ok, thats the rule I understand. What frustrated me the most that a day ago I was charged for the next month (its always auto payment, they dont send any reminder and I couldnt see in the app when the next cycle begins). I called the office and ask if they can return me the money because I want to cancel the membership. Of course they couldnt. I asked if instead of 8 group classes, I could have 2 private session, the answer was also not. I feel its so little customer care, just pure business.

I loved going to Club Pilates in West Bloomfield, MI and cant wait to work out back in NYC @ 89th/First Avenue
