NO CALL, NO SHOW! Terrible. Please do not rely on them! I booked an appointment over a week out. On the day and time of the appointment no one showed up. I emailed them and eventually Leo Holder, the tuner involved, unapologetically said â€œIâ€™m working on another pianoâ€ I replied and never heard back.

Great experience! Not only did Mr. Holder provide his honest and professional expert opinion on the likely appraised value of our family's Chickering piano, we were provided great advice without being charged an appraisal fee. Honestly and integrity goes a long way! Thanks Leopold!
