iPT - Physical Therapy

So glad I found iPT. Steve is a wealth of knowledge and has helped me through many aches and pains over the years to keep me strong and ready for the next physical challenge. If you have the opportunity to work with him, even one session will probably take you much further than multiple sessions with the average physical therapist. His integrated approach goes far and above what our current medical system has to offer. Excited for more of his content online and courses as well as he is an excellent educator.

I came to Karl at IPT after a couple very unhappy, post-surgery months of physical therapy, in which I felt I was making no progress and not getting the attention necessary to make a successful recovery. This initial experience was a real psychological struggle me, and I had begun to believe my leg and knee would never be the same. Upon my first visit with Karl, I discovered the vast difference that skill, experience, and dedication make in the recovery process. At this point, I was experiencing many levels of pain associated with certain movements... by the end of my first session, Karl had isolated some of these sensations and completely alleviated them. It has only been upward progress since then... I couldnt be more confident in the ability of my body and the necessity of focused and continued physical therapy. Thank you Karl!

I tore my ACL and Meniscus and required surgery. I worked with Steve and Fernando pre and post op and they were amazing! They helped me get back my strength, range of motion, and confidence in my abilities. They are helpful, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend working with them.
