I highly recommend NYDNRehab! Dr. Kalika and his team are highly knowledgeable, employ cutting-edge technology, and provide comprehensive care with a variety of treatment methods that are meant to work together. I went there with several pain and muscle tightness issues (shoulder, lower back, hip, knee) -- all seemingly minor, but yet leading to repeated injuries that precluded me from being as active as I wanted to be. Dr. Kalika developed an initial 6-week plan for me with shockwave, dry needling (including ultrasound-guided), EMTT, and PT. Some of the effects were immediate; others took several sessions to see. As some issues got fixed, others emerged, and Dr. Kalika was able to quickly start addressing them. After the first few weeks of treatment, my body already feels completely transformed. My only piece of feedback is that Dr. Kalika's diagnosis and treatment plan doesn't always get well communicated to other members of the team, so there's a bit of a telephone game with you needing to pass on what you remember Dr. Kalika said. But this is minor, and Dr. Kalika regularly checks in to make sure you're making progress. A big thank you to the team! I'm extremely grateful for the results!

I went to Dr. Kalika for a whole slew of muscle/nerve problems relating to sports injuries. Before going to Dr. Kalika, I went to several PTs and doctors, none of which could correctly diagnose and treat my issues. Dr. Kalika was immediately able to diagnose what was causing my pain and develop a plan to treat it. I can happily say that it was worth every dollar. Dr. Kalika is highly knowledgeable, experienced, and uses cutting edge treatments backed by science. He is also very easy to talk to and cares deeply about the well-being of his patients. Highly recommend!

I received incredible care from this entire staff to rehab my knee. They were professional, responsive, friendly and great to work with. They also got my knee doing much better than I thought possible. Highly recommend!

After four years of unsuccessful diagnoses and treatments by orthopedists, neurologists and a spinal surgeon for a weak leg condition resulting in a limp, I found Dr. Kalika's website online and decided to give him a try. His use of ultrasonography and ESWT and EMTT technology to diagnose and treat my condition has resulted in the strengthening of my leg and virtual elimination of my limp. I would highly recommend Dr. Kalika and his staff.
