Working with Rob and Greg I significantly improved mobility, balance and core strength. I achieved my goal of hiking up ( and down) the hundreds of steps at Machu Picchu! Thanks to H&D!

I began therapy with Kyle Curtis at H&D still barely able to walk after 2 months of severe sciatica pain. Patiently, and with great skill and care Kyle taught me how to safely move my body again, how to increase my flexibility, range of motion, and how to get stronger than before in key areas so that this kind of injury would be less likely to reoccur in the future. Over the course of many sessions I steadily got better and learned so much about my body and how to understand and manage my problem. Now Im functioning better than before, stronger and with a new appreciation for the science of this training. An amazing experience all around. Cant recommend this practice highly enough.

I had a finger tendon surgery and have been working with Diane Collins at H&D Midtown on my recovery for a couple of months now. She has been incredible! Diane is really invested in helping me retain as much mobility in my finger again as possible. Shes always trying new things to continue to progress my recovery and never gives up on me! Its not been an easy injury to recover from and shes been extremely supportive every step of the way. I would highly recommend Diane!
