Diedre Finn helped me create a comfortable work station for my home office. What a difference having a laptop stand + under the desk keyboard tray makes. I can work w/o neck + wrist pain. Having the proper chair + lumbar cushion is great for my back. So glad I got a work station cobsultation from Deirdre!

Deirdre has been nothing short of a miracle worker for me. In just the first two sessions, I was relieved of pain that neither my neurologist nor a traditional physical therapist had been able to manage. And in the months since, her holistic approach to wellness has essentially transformed my body and the ease with which I move about. I wish Western medicine paid more attention to the skills and expertise of healers like Dierdre. We would all be better off.

Deirdre is the absolute best! I have seen many chiropractors, physical therapists and osteopaths for chronic back pain (in New York, Australia and the UK) and no one is as skilled as Deirdre. She is a true healer with a depth of knowledge about the bodies systems and mechanics that I have never encountered before. She treats your entire body, not just the site of pain. My back is feeling the best it has in a decade and its thanks to Deirdres care. Highly recommend!

Deirdre is the best PT I have ever seen (and I have seen many!). Her approach is unique, gentle and very effective. Before I started seeing her, I had resigned myself to living with pain. That is no longer my outlook! When necessary, she has referred me to other people for other techniques. All of her referrals have been excellent and helpful. Thanks to Deirdre I can do all sorts of things I thought I would never do again!

I was fortunate to be connected with Deirdre Finn through a chiropractor I know and trust. And I am so happy I thought of turning to her when I was in a lot of lower back, hip and knee pain recently. We had an online session a week ago, and even the next day I was already feeling more at ease and experiencing much less pain - using simple methods that I am able to complete daily in just about 10 minutes. It is pretty remarkable to me that -wow -I can do the things she taught me in really just 10 minutes or less per day. And now, a week later, I can walk comfortably up and down stairs and enjoy long walks outdoors when I was hobbling painfully before. It is counterintuitive and astounding to me that with Deirdre's good eye and expertise, and a little effort on my part to practice what she taught me, I am feeling so much better in so little time! I am feeling grateful for her wisdom and ability to see my body and its needs, even over Zoom!
