Went here several times pre-covid, but went for my first chiropractic appointment since and while the practitioner is very experienced and the office staff were super meticulous, the practitioner refused to wear his (loose cloth) mask fully over his mouth and over his nose (which read: over 60 studies show masks are ineffective). He told me he had the opportunity to get vaccinated early but wont go get it. To each their own in the privacy of their own home, but how can I feel safe and comfortable as a patient if they care so little for protecting my (and other patients) health.

Dr. Belmonte refused to see me because I was a medicare patient and was told that I would have to self-pay. Some minutes later, I received a call saying that the practice would not be able to see me and canceled my appointment. EVEN THOUGH I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR MY VISIT!
