A friend recommended this workout and what stuck out to me most was the welcoming atmosphere and how motivated I stayed throughout the class. It was really tough at first because I was recovering from a broken foot & COVID however now I can keep up and keep upping my endurance week over week. I show up almost everyday like clockwork because Brian & Brett hold my attention, keep it interesting and funny, and I genuinely like the people who show up because they're not afraid to be beasts while they work out and also to get real with the breakouts. Even the guests are rock stars. I cannot recommend this workout enough- I'm not stopping anytime soon. It's been the best thing I've found since quarantine and has helped boost my resilience and health ten fold.
