Excellent work! The team converted old audio reels to WAV files. Great work facing various challenges. The files are perfect. Same with digitizing negatives and other items such as LPs and video tapes.

Great local neighborhood place to get photos of all shapes and sizes printed. They have done a terrific job for me for years and I always turn to them for gifts/ projects. Highly recommended! Turnaround time is normally < 24 hours and I have always received excellent product.

Great spot for film development and scans on the UWS, speedy service and very kind staff. I wont take my film anywhere else in the city!

I had two hours to get 3 pictures printed- I used to be able to simply email the pictures there and they would print them out, I'd literally take one second to pay with my credit card and boom. Done. it would take about an hour at the most. I guess that's too simple and straightforward. Now, I was told to "GO TO OUR WEBSITE" Wait, what?? How is that possibly an improvement on the previous method? I was also told- rather condescendingly, btw- that they couldn't guarantee it in two hours anyway. There was one other person in the store, and two people behind the counter. So no, I don't have time to register, open an account, choose the options for the images, and go through the payment process, keep track of yet another ID and password and what's more, I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than do all that in a rush. So sure, just transfer a ton of work - to the customer. Let the customer do all of the work while you all hang around behind the counter. I went to Staples and had my images in 25 minutes, I'd bet it was cheaper too. This place can take their website and, um..., keep it.
