would go to 4.5 but alas, here we go -- CRC is fabulous with their quality of work, i've sent them some very important work for my MFA and i was head over heels about the price, speed and quality. They really nailed it. The only issue i've ever run into with CRC has nothing to do with the actual service -- their address does not vibe with USPS! Every time i've mailed them my film, the postal worker appears confused and asks me if 73 ludlow NYC is accurate -- i assure them and show them the email and website of CRC. This has unfortunately resulted in a few times where my film has taken longer than anticipated to arrive, bouncing from USPS facility to facility. If there's anything I implore CRC to do, would be to get their address to be friendly with USPS!
