        They gave me the wrong COVID vaccine here, despite confirming twice that it was the right one. Obviously they couldn't care less. And good luck trying to get them on the phone, unless you don't mind an automatic apology every 15 seconds for an hour. A wrecking ball is the only solution I can think of.
