The absolute worst customer experience. Avoid at all costs. They charged my credit card and never shipped my vitamins. I spent over 1 hour on phone hold, another 1 hour on chat, and sent 2 emails. Never got to speak with a person. I wound up just disputing the charge on my card through the bank.

The WORST service ever. 1 hour at the phone. 1 hour in the chat. No info about the price, after half day spent chasing them with my father in crisis validating address, name, phone number registered, medicine, DOB, they dont want to ship the medicine in their system because he is not able to speak with advance Parkinson. Should be out of business. Helpless and careless people. So frustrated.

I share the experiences with the last 2 reviewers. Terrible customer service, on hold for 30 minutes simultaneously 15 minutes on chat. The app will not allow me to finish my purchase unless I fill in a delivery address.

Was prescribed one medication, and sent a different medication.. and they refused to fix the situation, claiming that they are just the middleman. I wish i could give 0 stars. Customer service is terrible also. I received an email shortly after emailing them, saying that they can no longer assist me with my order! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMY SITE!!!
