Doctor Sniffs Bed Bug Dogs

Diana and her dog Ecko really helped us in identifying a problem in the home! They conducted a very thorough inspection, isolating the issue and offered a lot of literature, some solutions and advice. Recently when coming across an insect, Diana helped me to identify it was not a problematic species and offered helpful travel tips for staying abroad! Highly recommend Dr. Sniffs without reservations - they put my mind at ease!!!

Diana and her adorable dog Southie came to my home the same day I called with bed bug concerns. Diana was very professional, sweet and lovely to work with. Southie was adorable and thoroughly sniffed every inch of my house. Diana even gave me a recommendation to purchase Thermal Strike to avoid bringing bed bugs into my home in the future. I called Diana after what felt like an extremely shady canine inspection by a different company. She was awesome: she was patient, listened to my concerns, and responded promptly when I reached out. Her inspection was everything the first companys wasnt. In addition to bringing both Goosey and Ecko around my place (twice!), she did a thorough and extensive visual examination all while explaining everything she was doing. She even had a kit for detecting bedbug fecal matter! (The other company took all of 15 minutes and claimed that a blotchy rust stain on my mattress cover was a bedbug dropping). Its obvious that she keeps up with all the research and knowledge her field has to offer. She didnt find any signs and no bed bugs were detected, but shared a wealth of videos and photos of bed bugs droppings with me so I know what to look out for. She also gave me tips for monitoring. Ive had bedbugs twice and its left me with heightened paranoia and anxiety. I am so thankful not only for Dianas expertise, but also for her patience and understanding. If you suspect you have bedbugs (and I truly hope you dont), I urge you to use her services. Service: Home inspection
