From the initial consultation all the way through the job they communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I knew what was going on, the next steps and even how to prevent this from happening again. To be a bad situation, they made me feel a lot better about the entire process. They even followed up with me after to see if I had any questions after the service had been complete. 100% recommend!

        Luis is the best. Until he came and treated my apartment I was getting bit constantly while sitting in my living room. He was very efficient, thorough and followed up after 30 days as stated.         If I could give 6 stars I would! Luis helped me to help my Aunt and Uncle in their NYC apt. Someone brought these creatures into their home and it was a nightmare on many levels . 2 elderly people who needed 100% assistance ! Luis recommended a wonderful team to help move them and their belongings so a proper extermination could be accomplished. He was caring and methodical in explaining what steps needed to be taken to have a successful result . He was kind with my elderly Aunt and Uncle as he took time to explain the process and make them feel safe and confident . Luis and his team are the best !
