    There is not enough that I can say about my 10 Week journey with Lisa! Amazing, Impactful, Educational, Transformative are but I few! Her delightful manor, her intelligence, her knowledge and her intuition totally vastonish me. I can honestly say my life has improved tremendously and is better off having Lisa in it, guiding, teaching and enlightening me about me! Oh and I lost weight and am in the best shape of my life!!!!!!

I am a very picky eater and she found healthy delicious meals and snacks that I didn't mind eating and over again. She gives constructive critiques and really focuses on preparing her clients on making healthy choices while also allowing yourself to enjoy have some breaks. She has been a pleasure to work with!

    Virtual workouts with Al Rodriguez were key in keeping me at a baseline of fitness and strength during the pandemic. For the past few months I have trained in the Studio and have found that training to be crucial to building even more strength. I have physical challenges like scoliosis and arthritis so our approach is slow and careful and it is working well. I look forward to improving my strength even more.

    Like many people, the pandemic resulted in me having a lot of anxiety. I became afraid of the idea of getting sick and it didnt help that I was experiencing some health issues including reoccurring panic attacks and twitching all over my body, mainly in my legs and arms. I went to so many doctors, got so many tests and no one could tell me what was causing all my problems. I decided that although I couldnt control much of what was happening, I could change how I was taking care of myself and my body. I had gained weight during the pandemic and stopped working out regularly for about two years. When I decided to look for a nutritionist, I came across Lisa on Zocdoc and I immediately knew I had found the right person after looking into her programs and reading all the great reviews. Now that Ive finished my 10-week program with Lisa, all I can say is, she is the BEST. She is thorough, takes time to go over blood work and your medical history. She is knowledgeable, a good listener, comforting, non-judgmental and because of that, she gives you a plan that works for your lifestyle and for YOU. I never felt deprived of the foods I liked but Im better at managing what I consume and how much I consume, which is something I will continue to do long after the program. The food in my meal plan was not only nutritious but delicious. Having my regular check-ins also kept me accountable and felt like I had a support system throughout the 10-weeks. Lisa is available for questions any time and she is truly knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Now to the results - this is the best Ive felt since the pandemic started. Since starting the program, I havent experienced any major panic attacks, thanks to the supplements Lisa recommended I am no longer experiencing the twitching that numerous doctors werent able to help me with and I have achieved my goal of losing weight and being / feeling healthier. Although Ive only lost 6 pounds, Ive gained lean mass and have lost 10% of body fat. Ive dropped two clothing sizes (was wearing a size 8 during the pandemic and now down to a size 4) and now wearing the clothes I havent been able to fit into since 2019. I look forward to continuing this lifestyle and taking care of my body. I couldnt have done it without you, Lisa!
