I walked into Keith Silverstein's office back in 2019 and was greeted by their very friendly staff. Mr. Silverstein listened to my story and explained to me exactly what was about to happen. I understood that my particular case was not the norm for his firm but, he said that he understood clearly what had happened to me and wanted to take my case. I appreciated that so much. His paralegal assistant Magdeline was extremely attentive to all of my questions and concern and was always prompt and caring in her responses. I would HIGHLY recommend Keith D. Keith Silverstein is the kind of lawyer you want on your side! When he takes your case, he aims to win. He will interview witnesses and hire whatever experts he needs to help build your case. I was so impressed by that because a lot of lawyers do not want to spend money on expert witnesses in order to minimize losses if they lose the case . Hes confident and indomitable! He attends all interviews with opposing counsel and God help them if they dare to badger his client! I so appreciated that about him. I felt like he had my back and that is so important, especially when you are injured and feel the weight of the world is upon you. He doesnt shy away from difficult cases, if he believes theyre winnable. That is such a plus because a lot of lawyers these days just dont want to work more than they have to. They just want to take on the easy cases, thus denying some clients their day in court. I went to him on the recommendation of a friend who had been represented by him, after having been turned away by two other lawyers that just did not want to take a chance. He didnt disappoint.
