They were persuasive and appeared to be genuinely interested in securing the job, especially considering I hadn't seen them go through a similar process before. However, once I signed the contract, they started displaying a lack of engagement. My colleagues shared their own experiences, highlighting how aggressive and knowledgeable their respective companies were. On the other hand, the company I worked with seemed to present themselves as professional but overly intrusive. Unfortunately, they delivered results that were significantly below the expected outcome, falling short by approximately 90%. Despite their initial claim of taking only 1/3 of the agreed payment, they ended up charging an additional $400. Moreover, they have now become unresponsive, ignoring my attempts to reach out for clarification. They either fail to reply to emails or respond after significant delays. Phone calls either go unanswered or result in promises to return the call, which never actually happens. I have even been told that the person I need to speak with has left the company. All in all, I deeply regret my decision and advise you to avoid falling into the same trap.

Wow.. I was going to leave a review, but it's the same thing everybody else is saying. I've been dealing with Napoli for almost 8 years now on a case that has probably thousands of people involved in a class action. complete incompetence, grossly unprofessional. I can't get anybody to copy down any work or information I give them. I've been trying to give them my exact address for years now. keeps going to three addresses ago. I get paperwork in court documents assigned to my 9 year old child, who can't read, but they're supposed to understand what a bankruptcy court order is. Doesn't matter how many times I call to clarify, to fix things, nothing gets fixed. I continuously get called back from switchboard, from people who barely speak English, don't understand what I'm trying to say to them, they get rude with me. I get threatening letters saying that I'm missing information. I'm missing this I'm missing that, how can I be missing anything that I'm filling out and sending back to them through letter, through email through text or phone calls. it's funny how everything I send them, I'm missing but they never want to take responsibility for everything that they lose.. I'm so tired of hearing I'm sorry, we'll fix that, I'm sorry, I will take care of that, I don't know why that's happening. I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, that's all I ever get from them. I mean how much confidence can I have that they're going to win me a multimillion-dollar lawsuit for water contamination. When it looks like they can't even file a piece of paper... Seriously..... My disabled daughter can take better notes than they can... I leave message and call centers call me back, I called Napoli New York and all you get are call centers...
