        Stay away from this guy! Would NOT recommend Dr. Saland as your childs nephrologist!! He has the worst bedside manner Ive ever seen!! Extremely arrogant and obnoxious is an understatement!! Loves to hear himself speak, but does not allow parent to ask any questions whatsoever!! No compassion or empathy towards sick child or concerned parent!! He Does not answer any significant questions parent has regarding their sick child, and if you continue to question him, he cuts you off mid sentence and just hangs up in your face. He is Disgraceful, in my opinion!!!
