Shoutout to Montana - she helped me with TSA Precheck and also finding some stuff in the store. You can tell she really cares! The other people on the floor were also friendly and offered assistance quickly.

Beautiful store but the staff is very mediocre and rude at most. I came in today to pick up ink for my printer and I was getting ringed up two pens. I told the lady cashier that I would like to get the printer ink separate and she rings it up anyways. I work in retail too so I get it but I said separate. At least she took it out but that is not the point. When it came to buying the ink she was giving me the most expensive one so I asked for the cheaper option they didnt have it. She was rushing me which I did not like. I never really liked this Staples and wish I can never come again but I am forced to for work and it is near my job. The merchandise is great but customer service needs to be worked on

Please don't get your passport photos done here, not only is it more expensive than competitors it's extremely unprofessional. I'm going to have to get mine redone because basic instructions were not followed, the person who helped me had totally illegible handwriting
