        I hired Birthday Bottle Service to celebrate my 50th birthday with 29 friends in NYC. The experience was very positive. Jeff and Krispi helped us plan the entire weekend. From hotel reservations (yes, they can do that as well) to happy hours, dinner party and clubs, everything was facilitated by them. They were patient and knowledgeable. They quickly understood what I was looking for and directed me to the right places. All my friends were impressed by the chosen venues, organization and how well treated we were. I will recommend them to my friends and definitively call them in the future. Thank you Krispi and Jeff!

        This was a very bad experience. I requested a 4 bottle service at Slate NYC for 9pm and when I arrived at 9:30 pm I was told there was a private party happening so I had to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I was told I had to wait another 30 minutes and was told they didn't know I had requested a reservation for 9pm. They gave me 1 drink ticket per person of my party. So after that other half an hour I'm told to wait yet ANOTHER 30 minutes for them to get the table ready and the lady at the desk looked fed up I was even asking about it again. I waited with all my guests a total of 1.5 hours to just get the table. Then I had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for the bottles to show up. My guests and I spent a total of 2 HOURS waiting at the location to get these bottles. They tried making up for giving me a "free birthday sign" but honestly that didn't help make me feel better at all. I was so frustrated at this point and won't be recommending this service to anyone.
