Have had my car there for over a year without any issues; staff could be friendlier (except Juan, hes great super friendly etc), got a new car about a month ago and two weeks ago i got in my car and there was a nail in my tire, last week i got in my car and my battery was dead. Garage had no jumper cables, no battery and i was left wondering the city trying to find cables etc. Car has 600 miles on it and battery is brand new so obviously they left something on. Another car battery was dead as well. Have called and written two emails and have yet to hear back about my complaints.

Every staff member here is automatically angry before even engaging with them. They’re not helpful and they make you feel horrible for asking for you car when that’s the entire point of their job. Only reason why I Park my car here is because it’s cheap, but to be honest, might be worth paying extra just for friendlier customer service.

This is my building’s parking garage, I was checking out and needed to pack my car. Rather than make the attendant take my keys each time I made a trip down I asked if I could check out, and take my keys while I made the trips to pack my car. I was crystal clear in my intent, and He very clearly confirmed to me this was acceptable. On my next trip down with my bags, he reversed position and tried to charge me another 14 dollars, or make me leave the garage and deal with packing my car from a parking spot blocks away. All when I still had an hour left on my ticket. I’ve previously parked monthly at this garage when I have my car with me, and planned to do so in the future. I will take my money elsewhere. An employee point blank lying to a customer is completely unacceptable. Regardless of policy, this behavior was de facto a scam. I don’t have any issue with CP as a whole as my experience at other garages and with other employees has been fine. I’m writing this review to call out bad behavior as CP, allowing these types of actions to continue will cause your customers to use the garage next door (literally).
