        These apartments are built on the land where the Polo Grounds Stadium stood until early 1964. It was the home of the baseball NY Giants before they moved to San Francisco in 1958, The Football Giants until they moved to Yankee stadium in 1956, the Football Titans/Jets until the moved to Shea Stadium in 1964 and the NY Mets in 1962 & 63 until they also moved to Shea in 1964.
