Dr. Taufique is an amazing practitioner who is both kind and compassionate with children. My son had both his tonsils and adenoids removed by her. She was able to ease my very curious childs concerns about receiving surgery. All of the staff members were extremely considerate with my son speaking to him kindly. His surgery was scheduled promptly and her team answered my questions promptly. We traveled from Staten Island for our appointments and surgery and it was 100% worth the trip. I would not have received such great care locally and highly recommend Dr. Taufique and her team.

Dr Taufique removed my sons tonsils and put tubes in his ears. Could not be happier with her bedside manner (especially with a very nervous 3 year old) or the way she explained to my wife and I the procedure. Could not be happier to recommend to anyone.

We had a recent appointment with Dr Taufique, and I want to highlight her calm patience when dealing with our issues. She could tell we were nervous and walked us through all the steps before and during the procedure. She laid out our options, addressed our concerns, and responded quickly to follow-up questions we had later. Everything went so smoothly because of that, and we're so grateful to have had her insights and knowledge. She is amazing!

Overall we had a very negative experience from scheduling through to billing. I called to schedule a hearing test and ENT exam for my 7 year old son, but was only scheduled for an ENT exam. When we arrived at the appointment, check-in took ages and the receptionist complained that the person scheduling the appointment should have taken our insurance info over the phone. We then waited over 90 minutes for my son to be seen, which is outrageous for a pediatric appointment. When we finally saw the doctor, she told my son shed be doing a smell test, where he had to identify a scent shed put under his nose. She instead aggressively shot a numbing agent into his nostril which startled him and made him scared. He wouldnt stop sobbing and she didnt know how to handle him. We got through the visit only to be told wed have to come back in 3 months for the hearing test! I was very unhappy and made follow up appointments elsewhere, which went much smoother. I just received a bill from Dr. Taufiques office and she tried billing $3006 for a 30 minute appointment!! Start to finish it was a horrible experience and Id never recommend this doctor or practice to anyone.
