Easily the worst ENT in manhattan. Located in a nice building, useless team and doctors. I went over 4 times and did not receive any help, relief or answers. Avoid at ALL costs !

I was disappointed with my experience at this doctor. First, I was given several medications to take and on the end of visit notes there is no reason listed under the "reason" column for each of the medicines. I am very weary of taking an excess of medicines and not having any reasons for them listed on the prescriptions is not only unprofessional, but left me uneasy to take any of them so I sought a second opinion on all of them before taking. Secondly, the only doctor I was referred to visit for further help for my symptoms by the doctor I visited here does not take insurance, which I find to be very exclusionary to folks who may not be able to afford that. Not having a doctor on deck that takes insurance to recommend was a red flag. Lastly, I was told that I had to get imaging done and due to having medicine allergies, Lenox Hill will not take me as a patient, but rather I could only go to NYU. Since my appt at this location, I have been inundated with calls and texts from Lenox Hill saying I have an order for a scan I must book as soon as possible. It's not only extremely confusing since I was told I cannot go to Lenox Hill, but also very annoying to be getting 2+ calls and a bunch of texts a day from their scheduling system.
