I have been seeing Doctor Amy Wu at the 198 Canal Street location for the past few months and it has been a pleasant experience. Dr. Wu is knowledgeable and very helpful. The receptionists are also very friendly and efficient. The environment is also clean. I am glad that I was referred to such an amazing doctor.

Dr. Wu is one of the best doctors i have known. She treats you like family and she explains everything to you. I highly recommend Dr. Amy wu.

Dr. Wu used to be a nice doctor. But her clinic has been popular, her attitude became rude and arrogant. Now her concern is only making a money to take care of her face and hair. It a time to move to another ENT Doctor.

Agree with some of the other Reviewers on here. If i could give this place a zero i would . Rude and very unprofessional here. Office is mismanaged and overbooked. Dr wu will send you a letter saying there is a disruption in the doctor patient relationship if she doesnt like any interaction with you and ban you from going to her office, which is actually a favor to you. This is not a person who cares about people and should never have become a Doctor.
