Garman Ho, MD

I have been going to Dr. Garmin Ho for more than 2 years and very satisfied with the services that I have received. The facility is very neat and clean. The ladies at the front desk are friendly with smiles and courteous. With appointment, I dont have to wait a long time unlike other offices. I have done a few times as walk-in, warned about the long wait. As for the assistant, she takes notes and reviews my medical history before she hands me over the doctor. I like Dr Ho. Hes very attentive. I appreciate that he takes time to explain my medical conditions, procedures and most importantly, fix my ear problems.

Dr. Ho is extremely impatient and hardly listens to me. He hurried to make judgment about my condition. He has a condescending attitude. Due to Dr. Ho's terrible attitude, when I had a question, I cautiously asked, "I trust your judgment, but I would like to know what's happening?" Dr. Ho abruptly turned towards me and said, "Do you want to be my student? You're not qualified!" This is the worst doctor I have ever encountered!! I will write a letter to the medical association and call my insurance company to complain!!

This doctor is very rude. He lacks patience and communication skills. When I was slow to answer some of his questions, he quickly gave me an attitude and began talking in a condescending tone. I would not recommend this doctor.
