Id give 0 stars if I could. He is dismissive with no bedside manner. After waiting 2 months for follow up appointment and waiting 1.5 hours past my appointment time, he gave me 10 minutes and had his hand on the doorknob while I was still asking questions.

Dr Smouha and his staff are incredible. They always seem to make sure I leave feeling better about whatever concerns I may have at the time.

I would like to echo the review posted before me (that I wish i had seen before making this apt). I would also give 0 stars. The office staff and nurses were lovely, but this has to have been one of the worst physician experiences I've ever had. I left the appointment nearly in tears. Dr. Smouha was extremely dismissive, unhelpful and uninterested in my symptoms. I did a hearing test and intake questions with two ppl who seemed to really understand what I was describing and seemed compassionate in helping me determine the cause. I waited nearly 2 hours to see Dr. Smouha and he spent a total of 5 minutes "evaluating me". He did the bare minimum, asked minimal questions and didn't even do one of the evaluation tests I was told would be done by one of the nurses. When i brought up the test, he said 'No' because i wasn't presenting any symptoms. I continued to press him for answers and asked if there was anything I could do to manage my symptoms and he told me no, that I seemed to be "existing" just fine. He offered no sympathy to my situation and truly did not seem interested in helping me get to the root cause of my issues.
