My visit to this ENT office was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Arriving promptly for my appointment, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Despite a brief 30-40 minute wait, I didn't mind as I had work to catch up on. Once called into the consultation room, I was asked about the purpose of my visit. Dr. Moche entered the room, and immediately, I felt a connection. He was not only welcoming but also highly informative, taking the time to explain potential side effects and complications of the procedure I was considering. What truly set Dr. Moche apart was his willingness to share personal anecdotes, giving me insight into his passion for his work. His genuine interest in my well-being was evident throughout our conversation, and I felt reassured and confident in his care. Overall, I deeply appreciated Dr. Moche's professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for his patients. My experience at this office was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality medical care.

Besides waiting time, I was satisfied with Ear treatment. Met Dr.Jason for ear pain.

I spent 10 years visiting expert doctors to help with my GERD. Unfortunately, they were not helpful. After finding Dr. Aviv's book I felt like I was learning from someone who really understood my GERD. My problem was both the acid coming up from my stomach and the acid going down from the food I was eating. The book helped me understand the steps I needed to take improve my diet for good. A month after starting the program I flew up to NY for an appointment with him. He was pleasant, prompt, and really listened me as I explained the challenges I faced. He created a plan for me, which I am currently working through. I look forward to my follow up in 6 months and am sure I am on the right path now. Highly recommended!

Dont waste your time. Upon calling, the front desk rarely picks up your call, and if they do, they simply breathe into the phone and hang up. Absolutely maddening.
