Amazing doctor. Had Microdiscectomy between L4/L5 by Dr. Cammisa in 1999 (yes 25 years ago! ) The surgery was done when I was in college and still today I am 100% pain free. Before that I was on opiates/Percocets/Orudis/Ketoprofen every 4 hours. Never needed a pain pill again after surgery with Dr Cammisa and HSS! Life changing! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Camissa himself might be awesome but the receptionist at his office is just RUDE. She doesn't know how to answer the phones and drops the call before one has had a chance to respond. Terrible service and I would recommend he gets new admin staff. Cause if you are this rude so early in the day imagine when it gets busy.

Nearly 3 years ago, in the midst of COVID, Dr. Cammisa performed emergency Cervical spinal fusion surgery (4 levels) on my neck. I have resumed all activities from weight lifting to golf thanks to Dr. Cammisa. He is simply the best. I am grateful for his skill and kindness.
