The service has been the absolute best. The staff, especially Thalia, and Dr. Whittam were not only welcoming but very knowledgeable. They provided great care while helping me feel comfortable. My personal experience was that of a caring family. My eyesight is so much better because of them. All I can say is Thank you!

Went in for a quick fix on my sunglasses. Elvin helped me out and was a life saver. Great spot to go! Highly recommend.

Very convenient location right next to Union square. Clean and bright store and the staff was so kind and helpful. Big thanks to Elvin and Albina specially, who were so patient while I tried to find my perfect glasses!

A fantastic staff here!! Dr. Denise Whittam has been my optometrist for the last 3 years and I followed her back to Union Square. She's amazing!! Very patient and thorough and absolutely excellent at what she does! This was also my daughter's first time to the eye doctor! She made them feel very comfortable and they were not nervous at all! Thalia, the store manager, was very professional and patient with us while my 8 and 5 year olds bombarded her with questions.. not to mention waiting while they tried on multiple pairs of glasses. She helped us out with great deals and even fixed a pair of my glasses at no charge that was made recently by another store! Albina was fantastic and helped with the pre testing and Elvin was efficient and fitted us with our new frames. Thank you all for an amazing experience. This will definitely be our family Optical shop going forward!!
